You can't listen to your history of Siri interactions in Apple's app universe. However, Google also indicates that it may keep service-related information about your account, like which Google products you used and when, to prevent spam and abuse and to improve its services. Google now lets you remove individual recordings, delete between specific dates or set your account up to automatically delete after a certain amount of time. Other machine learning processes, not controlled by this setting, may be used to improve audio recognition technologies with federated learning or ephemeral learning. You can delete previously saved audio in your Web & App Activity at activity.google.com. When you speak to Google services, Google uses its audio recognition technologies to process your audio and respond to you.

When this voice and audio activity setting is on for your Web & App Activity, Google will save audio recordings when you interact with Google Search, Assistant, and Maps, in your Google Account. With event video history, video clips of events are saved in video history, so that you can view them in the Home app or Nest app. While you're stuck with recording and logging audio snippets, you can delete saved audio clips after the fact. To do that, go to myactivity.google.com, tap the three vertical dots in the "My Activity" title bar, and select "Delete activity by" in the drop-down menu. Click the "All Products" drop-down menu, choose "Voice & Audio," and click delete.

If you turn this voice and audio activity setting off, previously saved audio is not deleted. You can delete your audio recordings at any time. Google will continue to process your audio to respond to you when you speak to Google services. The only downside of doing this is that voice searching with Google Assistant will no longer work. Fortunately, Google makes deleting any data it has on you pretty easy. All you have to do is go to Google’s My Activity. Inside here, you will be able to see all the information Google has been collecting on you.
